One of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies is a tale about the many aspects of love (the word appears 149 times in the play). When Duke Frederick casts Rosalind out of his cruel court, she goes to the world of Arden, where there is “no enemy but winter and rough weather.” In the company of her cousin Celia and Touchstone the fool, she learns about the many disguises of love.
