It’s been a busy late spring for Chris. In addition to directing a short play for The Artistic Home, he shot two short films in Chicago.
The first, an unscripted indie by Inna Manzhul currently titled La Luce, is a Coffee and Cigarettes-inspired film showing a vintage Chicago building in three eras of its life. Chris appears in the 1920s segment. (“The Cubs haven’t won the Series in twenty years.”)
A week and a half later, Chris shot two days for a DePaul University graduate school project called The Mind of a Dissociative Man. He plays the “man” of the title, who is dealing with the drowning death of his toddler son.
Both films are expected to go on the festival circuit.
